Part of our family’s response to this health crisis is incorporating daily exercises into our schedule especially for the kids. After over a year in quarantine, working up a sweat has become as important as homeschooling for my boy (12 yo) and girl (9 yo), so we take opportunities to shake things up.
These videos that are at least 20 minutes long, requires no equipment and can easily be done barefoot. Use decorative props and wear costumes if you wish, but really… all you gotta do is sweat out the terrors and have monsterrific fun!
